Youth Athlete Training
Get ready for tryouts with the official trainers of the Comox Valley Glacier Kings
This summer, we have a detailed workout program available for youth, ages 12-16, who want to take the next steps in preparing for their sport this season. With Hockey and Soccer seasons starting at the beginning of September and rep, metro, and junior camps all beginning earlier, August is the perfect time to build strength and conditioning. Each training session aims to build explosive power, strength, and endurance all while focusing on proper form and technique; preparing each athlete for a strong and competitive season.

Youth Athlete Training begins August 1st
$75 + tax
Available to athletes ages 12-16
August 1st - 18th
2 sessions per week: Tuesdays/Thursdays 9AM-10AM
