Current COVID-19 guidelines at BodyNetix

Our latest COVID-19 protocols are in effect as of March 29, 2021, in accordance with the latest restrictions put in place by Island Health and The Province of British Columbia.

  • No group classes permitted. We are offering an open gym format as we did in early December.

  • You must book into a time slot on Mindbody Online (time slots will still be labelled as FitCamp simply to avoid the administrative nightmare of having to change the class names).

  • Please wait outside until your time slot starts to ensure physical distancing measures are followed.

  • Maximum 10 people allowed per time slot to ensure generous, more than required, distance between stations.

  • You are permitted to take your mask off ONLY while at your physically-distanced station, however, you MUST wear your mask when moving around the gym and when you enter and exit the gym.

  • Please stay at your station and only use the equipment we have set out at each station. Please avoid using the cable machines, the barbells, and the cardio equipment (High Intensity Training is prohibited by the Provincial Health Authority)

  • At least 10 minutes of empty room time is required between classes to ensure proper sanitization, cleaning and ventilation.

  • Please continue to use all COVID-19 safety procedures set out by the Provincial Health Authority:

    • Mask are required at all times while in the building

    • Please hand sanitize before entering

    • Follow physical distancing rules

    • Please use the supplied sanitizer to clean all your equipment when you are done

    • Please do not visit the gym if you are in any way feeling unwell

  • The water fountain is off limits. Please bring your own water.

BodyNetix at Home is always available to you if you prefer to do your workout at home. Please email if you would like more information about our at-home program.
